Make the best of it.

I am diagnosed with osteoarthritis a long time ago. When they said I had this I was shocked and I really thought that I could not live the life I had planned. At that age I really thought you could live you life as you planned. now I know that that is not true. Your whole life you have to adapt your goals and make the best of it. And now we are seven years after the diagnose and it is getting better and better with me and my joints. I know what to do to make sure my joints are in the best possible shape. I also adapted my food and I know which food can make it even worse.
